Refund Policy

1. Subscription Payments

All payments made to Seops are strictly non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Once a payment is processed, credits are automatically allocated to your account and are available for immediate use. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this refund policy.

2. Automatic Credit Allocation

Upon successful payment, credits are automatically credited to your account. These credits are available for use across all AI-powered features on the platform. Credits are strictly non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation.

3. Plan Changes

You may change your subscription plan (upgrade or downgrade) at any time through the billing portal. Plan changes are processed automatically and take effect at your next billing date. Your current plan and credit allocation remain active until the change takes effect. No refunds or credits are issued for the difference in plan pricing mid-cycle. Please review plan features carefully before making a change.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to the Service and your existing credits until the end of your current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued for cancellations made mid-cycle. Unused credits at the time of cancellation are forfeited at the end of the billing period and hold no cash value.
